You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated. We may change our fees with 30 days' notice.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the Service.

5. Service Level

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEDI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, and we will delete your data within 30 days unless required to retain it by law.

8. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
